Google Calendar and Search

Google Calendar and Search are both powerful tools that enhance productivity, organization and access to information in both academic and professional settings.

One useful tip I learned about Google Search is using the minus sign (-) to exclude unwanted results. For example, I could search Apple -fruit to focus on Apple products, technology or stock versus the fruit. I plan to use this in the future to help save time, improve efficiency and reduce frustration by excluding irrelevant links and information.

  1. That's a great trick I never used the minus sign - in Google Search before. It will really save me time when I look for tech things!
